Since becoming a licensed realtor in 1988 initially with the Toronto Real Estate Board, I have helped hundreds of people with their urban and rural real estate needs. From homes, condominiums and multi-family dwellings to commercial properties, vacant land and acreage, my approach to sales has always been about quality service. I enjoy it because it allows me to exercise my skills as a results-oriented specialist. I have been serving the Brockville area directly for approximately 15 years, during which time I’ve compiled a list of local resources I trust to recommend to my clients; a list that includes competent professionals like contractors, trades people, mortgage brokers, banks, lawyers, decorators, cleaning and de-cluttering specialists, home inspectors, painters, and handymen/women. Further, I am a two-time Past President (2008 and 2015) for the Rideau St. Lawrence Real Estate Board and the President Elect for 2019, and as such have a solid grasp on local markets, organized real estate, and the industry at large.
